About Monash Voices
The Patient Experience Office has developed Monash Voices, a library of the stories people have told about their healthcare experiences, which have been paired with reflective questions for teams and services. These online Patient Experience resources can be accessed via the intranet at any time, and include a growing collection of videos, audio and written stories by staff, patients and families both at Monash Health and from other care service around the world.
To find out more, we’d love you to join us at our Kindness Café, this Thursday 27 June, 12.00 – 1.15pm. You can also access the Monash Voices resources by clicking here.
