February’s health and wellbeing theme is Psychological Wellbeing and to help you get off to a good start, there are a variety of free wellbeing activities being offered across a number of sites.
Gentle stretching, massage and meditation could be your thing or you might choose high energy boxing and circuits to help you achieve a greater state of relaxation and wellbeing. There is something for everyone.
