For all Managers at Dandenong and Cranbourne, we are excited to update you on the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) training for your teams.
The Monash Health Learning Management System (Latte) is now ready for you to book your people directly onto the relevant EMR course. This will provide a smoother process for you to book training immediately after you have completed your roster. Training is proposed to recommence in mid-June.
The training scheduled on Latte is for Dandenong and Cranbourne End Users and Super Users or Champions who have not completed face-to-face training on the EMR.
You can book Super Users and Champions on your team that completed the training into ‘refresher’ training by booking them into a single day (not two) of the upcoming training for their relevant discipline.
Please note that online e-Learning materials (training videos) will be available to view on Latte in early June.
If you are unsure of how to make a booking for your people using Latte, please refer to the Quick Reference Guide for People Managers.
Managers in Clayton, Moorabbin, Kingston and Casey, the training schedule for your teams is being completed and will be ready for you to book your people with at least six weeks’ notice. If you have people who work at Dandenong or Cranbourne, please contact the training team to arrange their training before Go-Live 1.
We look forward to recommencing training and supporting your team’s preparations for Go-Live. Should you have any queries, please email EMRTraining@monashhealth.org
